As the only surfboard manufaturer in the world we offer our customers a 12 month warranty on all our surfboards. If you snap the board while you surf, whether it is a wave hitting the board or you doing a huge air, we will replace the board at no cost to you.
With your surfboard comes a warranty card which you simply fill out and send back to us. (Download the card here)
Terms and Conditions: How to use your Riley 12 month warranty:
Your Riley Balsa Surfboard has been hand crafted to meet the highest quality standards. We urge you to take good care of your board and always be sure to follow all instructions carefully. If you do, your board will serve you long and well. Your Riley surfboard is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of purchase. During this period, repairs will be made free of charge only upon presentation of this warranty slip together with the sales slip or other evidence of purchase. The warranty is not transferable nor will it be reissued. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or unauthorized repair, damage caused by dropping, improper care or storage. It is only valid at the Riley facilities at 156 President Ave, 2228 Miranda, NSW, Australia. For service by mail or any other means, postage, insurance charges and transportation costs, such as freight to and from the Riley facility, are at the expense of the owner. All other claims of any nature are not covered.
